                                           My Journey
Working for the NHS for 35 years was begining to have an undesired affect on my life, both mentally and physically, so it was time to reflect and make positive changes to my life as I was becoming increasingly ill.

By having one session each of Reiki (energy healing) and life coaching (positive thinking techniques) was the start of an incredible 18 month journey. A wonderful lady, who I had known for years but was unaware of her special gifts rescued me from self sabotage. By releasing years and layers of stress and emotional baggage, I began to regain my freedom and start living my life again.

By relaxing and being happy (and honest with myself) I could finally be who I wanted to be instead of being what other people wanted or expected me to be.

I soon found that by changing my outlook, I was attracting the most amazing people into my life. Some had been through similar
(or worse) issues, but were travelling on the same path as me.

I knew I had to take a different direction,   but was unsure of
the route.

You may be asking where Ayurveda comes into the scheme of things? well, that was the next stage of amazing change. By discovering that I possessed spiritual and psychic gifts,I  was directed to another amazing  lady who gave me a psychic reading giving insight to my healing abilities. She indicated that I was about to encounter an "Indian influence" and gave me one word "AYURVEDA"a word that neither of us had heard of or could spell!.
I was urged to go home and "google it", and I did, and low and behold, it had an Indian influence and I was drawn to the principles of the healing. It was a bolt out of the blue (and a wake up call). I was so fascinated that I had to embark on a training course.  I  passed my exam with commendation and am proud to be a fully qualified Ayurvedic Therapist who can now change the lives  of others, the greatest feeling ever!!

I have since gone on to become a Reiki Practitioner incorporating energy healing into my ayurvedic work.

I am also a member of The Complimentary Medical Association (CMA) so my qualifications are fully recognised and comply with their strict code of ethics  (a copy of which is available on request).
